Nancy and I have decided that our latest obsession is lipstick. I mean, we've always loved it. Don't you doubt that. It's been a fun few years of figuring out colors and formulas that we like. However, it wasn't until just a few days ago that we realized that the main things missing from our every day outfits was... lipstick! I mean why not be the people who wear it every day??

So here it goes! We're going to wear lipstick every day until Christmas! This photo counts for yesterday, meaning twenty-nine days left. Lipstick for days! 30 days, to be exact.

I've been feeling a bit under the weather lately, and it sucks. My body feels achy, my nose is all stuffy/sniffly, and I'm feeling grumpy because of it. Yesterday was boyfriend and my two month anniversary. I felt kind of gross the whole time, but I still enjoyed being with him, despite the fact that we were at a football game and i was freezing my lala's off, and then we went to go see Lion King, but instead we just hung out. And this morning when I woke up, I felt so sick and gross. I told him that, and he was like, "do you need anything?" and of course I go "what do you mean?" and he says "to make you feel better". I literally melted. Right there in church, I felt my heart get all melty, and I got all bashful. I sometimes forgot how wonderful he actually is, but he just reminded me by being such a sweetheart. Whatadarling.

Anyway, I'm all tired and fuzzy feeling, so this might not have made any sense to anyone who's reading it.

Anyway, have a great sunday, full of wonderful things....

Love, Sarai

SHOES-MY DRAMA TEACHER :)

In these cobalt blue babies, I am five foot seven inches tall! Normally, of course I'm five one...but put these six inch ladies on my feet and I'm singing a different tune ;)

Anyways, here's the story behind these shoes, which I sadly don't own :(
My drama teacher (I'm not in the class, just in the play, and she's the director), went to Rome last summer, and bought these shoes. She wore them around the store, and loved them, but then come time to actually wear them in public, they KILLED her feet. Disastrous, I know. So fastfoward to a few weeks ago, she mentions her fabulous shoes when we get to talking about how much we both love shoes. I gush at the idea of Italian shoes, and so on saturday, she brought them for me to borrow until the end of the school year! I'm absolutely excited, and I just wish I actually owned them :(

This is my outfit from Sunday, and tomorrow I'm wearing the shoes for the first time to school! I'm terrified I'll take a tumble down or even up the stairs, but the price we pay for beauty ;)

And on to other things...I rediscovered this lovely wonderful rendition of one of my favorite hymns today, and I just have to say, why is Carrie Underwood so radiant? I adore her, and this dress is magnificent! And her lovely voice doesn't hurt :) I'm not into country, I'm more an alt-indie girl, but I gotta love my darling blonde country singers, now don't I? ;)
