This is from today. I made raspberry swirl cupcakes with cloud frosting. Delicious, guys!

I have a deep love and obsession with making baked goods. It's become a bit of a problem, to be honest. Everyone I know will get fat...

And this is from Valentine's Day! My darling friend bought me flowers because I was the lame-o girl with no valentine. Okay. that's not really that lame. But I was down. So there ya go.

And this gem is from work no too long ago. I had some less-than-savory customers who left me feeling rage and seeing red. And this was the result of that exchange..

I'm so lucky. I have the opportunity to have these beautiful and sometimes awful things in my life. I can bake, I have good friends, and I have a job! That is more than some people can say.

Right now I should be sleeping, but instead, naturally, I'm contemplating.

Home

I've been home for a few days now. I love taking care of my roses again and not having to make my own food. My mom is making me Mac 'n Cheese as I write this. Mmmmmm heaven! The only thing that would make home better was if Sarai were here too. I don't have anyone to walk into my house without knocking and to talk my ear off while I do the menial tasks of the day. It's lame. Come home please? And then we can watch Dan In Real Life.

The Telepathy Reigns Supreme!!

So here's the thing: Nancy and I have been friends for like, what, fourteen years?? And she mentioned before that we have telepathy...

Well here's proof that we have telepathy, via my conversation with Cat only five minutes before my text conversation with Nancy:

Cat: hey I got this great mint green nail polish! 

Me: oh i love it!

Cat: I also got this super-pretty light pink!

Me: Ahhh! I want to own that! I have to tell Nancy that we should buy some!

Five minutes later:

Nancy: Hey so blah blah blah  we should definitely get some light pink nail polish!

Me: Dude!! I just looked at Cat's light pink nail polish and told her I wanted some!

Nancy: Telepathy moment!!
