I promise...

I promise you all I do get dressed in the mornings. And actually wear cute things. In fact, my wonderful Aunt just bought me some gorgeous t-strap heels that I had been lusting over. How much greater can life get with little surprises like that?

Anyway, I guess I should update everyone on why I haven't been blogging (other than i'm just lame). First of all, the only camera I have right now is my phone. Second of all, i'm living in Boise with my grandparents until Christmas to help them out a bit. My grandma just got out of a two month hospital stay after a surgery gone wrong, and my gramps has alzheimers so they need a little extra help and i've got the time being out of school until January and all... It's quite the little adventure though. I can give shots now, hook up feeding tubes, flush drains, and talk about medical things like I really know what's going on (which I don't).

Since I don't have any pictures, here's a video that I really love! So great!

Fallspiration

For some reason, fall always feels like a new beginning. A sort of "new year" without all of the huplah. So a new year of course calls for new hair and new clothes. Here's what i've been dreaming about lately:

I can't wait for temperatures to drop and get snuggly in layers and layers of clothes! And those sexy button-ups ;)

The Days

I can't wait for the days of having hair like this again. I never had to do it except when I wanted. Honestly, I went for a whole month not doing anything to my hair. Heaven I tell you. Short hair is fun but it sucks. I complain about this a lot but my hair is being nice and growing quickly. I'm well on my way to having this hair again by the summer! Yay! For now i'm living with braids and buns most days.

Sometimes Changes Need to Change Back

As you all know, my hair used to be long. Not Sarai long cause that's just ridiculous, but fairly long. And then I chopped it all off.

 Don't get me wrong, I still love it. It's fabulous and has that 40s feel I was going for but it's so hard to have a lot of variations in styling. It's either curled with some hair pushed back with a bobby pin or left to go crazy and then I have to put it in a low messy bun because nothing else works. I'm one of those people that always is doing something different with my hair. Even if it is minuscule. But short hair is the devil and doesn't like to be different!
