Dane and I have been dating for five months. I know. I'm shocked too. I don't have boyfriends, so I'm still amazed when I say that I have one. But it's a good kind of amazed. Also, do you like the awkward outfit photo with him off to the side. He was asking "why do you always look down"? Haha so confused about the world of blogging... poor kid ;)

Anyway, it's been a wonderful five months, and I already miss him, since he's leaving on his mission after this semester. I don't really want him to go...

But I also do. It'll just be sad. I'll have no one to play with, or talk to. This is just me being dramatic...

This past week I planned my first relief society activity. I was a little stressed, but it turned out so well, and a lot of people showed up. Wanna know what we did? We decorated cupcakes to make them look like Owls...

And it was insanely fun.

Also, Dane and I have had a seriously great last few days. We're both just happy with each other, and we keep doing nice things... how interesting. Also I accidentally scared him when I was on pinterest and started showing him my boards. Including the wedding board. It led to us looking at engagement rings on Tiffany's. Um, we're the strangest freshman ever. He came to the realization that we were picking out rings, and decided he was uncomfortable. So then we stopped haha. But it was funny while it lasted. 

And then we watched the Jazz game together. Or, he watched, and I just sat there looking at desserts online. 

And he's the best. Really. He's the best guy I've ever known*

I've been thinking about it lately, and I've realized there really is something to be said about the perfect way that my girl shoulders fit right under a boy's (my boy, duh) arm. I love that perfect fit-it makes long car rides less awful and more cozy.

And for my obsession right now...

I'm buying bracelets a lot lately. I never buy bracelets! I don't wear them! Until now, that is. Now I love them.
