Embarrassing...

I'd like to point out the fact that I'm wearing the same skirt, and basically almost exactly the same outfit as Sunday's post... so yeah. That's embarrassing. BUT. I love this skirt. It goes with pretty much everything I own. Is this a horrible thing to do as a fashion blogger? Probably. But I can't bring myself to stop wearing it... Maybe I should put it away for a bit. I think so...

So um, I found out the most amazing news of my life today, and I can't even tell you guys about it! Because Nancy needs to tell you herself. So brace yourself for some great news :)

Love, Sarai

I wish I was a supremely social creature. But unfortunately, I'm not. I think I used to be, but then I started dating Dane, and I just stopped being a little flirt. I don't even love being social honestly, but I figure it's the right thing to do, despite my misgivings...

Some things I'm loving lately:

this quote: All life is just a progression toward, and then a recession from, one phrase--"I love you" F Scott Fitzgerald

My peach skirt

My high heels

Julian Casablancas

Letters from Dane

waking up to texts that say "sweet girl"

hugs

tea parties

To me, it's a glorious day when it rains and pours all up in Happy Valley, UT. I'm not a big fan of the desert. Most people seem to love the warm, gross air. I prefer the slightly blustery, rainy, overcast days. For a few days, I was craving sun, when winter seemed like it would never end. Then I remembered I dislike summer, and think fall is perfect. So that ended that pretty fast. Right now all I want to do is buy duck boots, and wear my maxi skirts, and cuddle up under a blanket with a chunky knit sweater on. That's it folks.

Lately, I've been contemplating the idea of moving to DC after I graduate. I can just imagine how fun it would be to live there. Not that it's a plan, but I just keep seeing other bloggers there, and I see how beautiful it is, and I find myself wanting to be there. Or New York even. But NY, although I love it, is a little bit too fast-paced for me, maybe. Or maybe just too crowded? I don't know. I'm all a flutter with new ideas. WHICH reminds me. I have a great idea for a new creative video that I will be making very shortly. I hope you're excited! Because I am :)

Fish? Pet Smart.
His name is George Weasley

I've been absent. The truth is, Nancy has kept this blog from dying while I dealt with a lost camera (as you can see, it's still missing), acclimating to a new world, acclimating a new red Betta to my world, adjusting to a new boss, and dealing with emotional turmoil. Okay, not really. My only emotional turmoil has been the season finale of Grey's Anatomy. So sad, so sad. You know what else is sad? That I've started watching the Bachelorette. I'm ashamed but what else is there to watch during the summer? Nada. NADA.

So my fish. I pretty much love him already. And for the past few minutes I've been working on training him. I'm going to teach him to eat one of his little foods off my finger. And then to play fetch. Okay, I know that's not happening. But it'd be pretty cool, right? Right now, in his lil fishbowl, George is floating past my computer, giving me his lil fish eyes, hoping for attention. Best friends
His twin, Fred Weasley, is blue, and is owned by roommate. So he's right across the room from us right now.

Love, Sarai

A little obsessed... he's sexy. The end.
